Club Meds Coordinator
Salary Range: DOE
Full-time
40 hours per week
Primary Duties
- Train and supervise all club meds volunteers
- Plan and provide direct medical care and treatment to campers and staff
- Record and organize all medical charts and health care notes
Experience / Requirements: Registered Nurse Certification, experience in infectious disease and camp nursing, flexibility and organization skills

Kitchen Coordinator

- Create and produce menu for 150+ participants using summer food program guidelines and camp donations
- Train and managing volunteers
- Follow health codes and ACA standards

Psychological Services Coordinator

Primary Duties
- Provide campers with supportive, therapeutic, and crisis-oriented counseling and intervention
- Facilitate discussion groups throughout the camp week
- Document issues and behaviors of a child throughout the week for intervention and follow up
Requirements: degree in social work, experience working with special needs populations, communication skills and open-mindedness

Site & Hospitality Coordinator

- Organize general maintenance and cleaning of site including: daily cleaning, hero missions and snack distribution
- Assist Kitchen Manager with food prep and clean-up
- Work one on one with user groups and volunteers during the month of August

Sales & Customer Service Administrator
One Heartland is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Administrator to work closely with the Camp Director to increase earned income revenues at The One Heartland Center through facility rentals. Primary responsibilities include recruitment of new user groups and managing returning groups. Duties include introducing the site to potential user groups through tours, presentations, and individual meetings; managing group contracts including food service options, program activities and facility set up for confirmed groups; and developing and updating a contact tracking database.
Applicants must possess a passion for the One Heartland’s mission, have experience in sales & marketing, strong organizational skills, written & verbal communication skills, and must be able to work weekends.

Internships:
Program Interns
One Heartland, a national non-profit organization enhancing the lives of children impacted by HIV/AIDS seeks two highly responsible team players to be Program Interns. A 20 hour per week commitment is required for the summer months (June – August ). Year-round opportunities are also available.
Internship responsibilities include: communicating with our families prior to and following our summer Programs; coordinating Program travel days at the MSP International Airport; administrative filing & client information management; planning and implementation assistance with our National Youth Retreat Program; managing Program evaluation data collection; assistance with various other Program needs.
Desired candidates will have a high school diploma or be enrolled in a related area undergraduate college program; excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new programs; demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail; demonstrated ability to work within a team; must understand & comply with organization’s confidentiality policy; openness and willingness to interact and advocate for children whose lives have been affected by HIV/AIDS.
