AmeriCorps NCCC teams have been helping One Heartland since 2007, working on facility projects and supporting programs.
Angel Flight Central has been providing no-cost transportation to One Heartland participants for many years using volunteer pilots and their planes. They focus their efforts on our upper Midwest participants and transport almost half of our Camp Heartland participants each summer.
Angel Flight West has been providing no-cost transportation to participants attending our California programs for many years. They utilize volunteer pilots and their planes to fly youth from Arizona, Nevada and areas outside of the Los Angeles metro area to our camps in California.
Blue Man Group, the New York-based performance group, has collected donations for One Heartland after their Chicago shows for more than 13 years.
Boyum & Barenscheer have been helping One Heartland with financial planning and accounting since 2011.
Cargill provides food, agriculture, financial and industrial products and services to the world. They have been providing all the protein for our summer camps since 2011, which accounts for our largest food costs.
Challenge Incarceration Program allows non-violent offenders who qualify to earn early release through education and community service hours. These groups have spent countless service hours at camp doing all kinds of helpful projects.
Community Health Charities is a national organization that works with companies specifically around workplace giving and volunteering.
Direct Supply provides equipment, ecommerce and service solutions to help build better senior communities. In addition to being one of our largest financial supporters since 1993, Direct Supply has provided vital equipment for the camp.
Family Tree Clinic provides our campers with age-appropriate education on healthy relationships and safer sex.
Georgetown University Hospital has been a longtime partner of One Heartland, providing referrals and covering travel costs to camp for their participants.
Hollywood HEART has been partnering with One Heartland since 1994 to provide camp experiences through Camp Pacific Heartland and now Camp Hollywood HEART.
MnSOC is a long-time partner that refers LGBT youth to One Heartland and provides education for Camp True Colors.
Park Nicollet/HealthPartners has been partnering with One Heartland since 2010, helping children and families achieve a healthy lifestyle through Camp 5210.
People Serving People has been partnering with One Heartland since 2009 to bring children living in transition to Camp Northstar.
WHG Wisconsin Hospitality Group (Pizza Hut) parent group to Pizza Hut, which hosts the “Share Your Heart” campaign during the month of May, selling hearts to patrons and donating 100% of the proceeds to One Heartland. They have been a partner since 2004.
RDO Equipment Co. has been supporting One Heartland through contributions and in-kind donations since 2010.
Red Ribbon Ride is a fully supported four-day, 300-mile bike ride. It raises vital funds for eight HIV/AIDS service organizations in Minnesota, helping them provide services, treatment, prevention, and awareness.
Simpson Housing Services has been partnering with One Heartland since 2009 to bring children living in transition to Camp Northstar.
St. Anne's Place has been partnering with One Heartland since 2017 to bring children living in transition to Camp Northstar.
