Memorials/Honorary Gifts
Contributions to One Heartland can be made in memory or in honor of friends and loved ones. Donations made in honor of a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion make wonderful gifts. The printable donation form above includes a section where you can note if your contribution is a tribute gift. If using another form, please include in addition to your name and address, a note telling us the name of the individual(s) you wish to honor and the address and name(s) of those you wish us to notify of the gift.
You can also make a tribute gift to someone by purchasing a brick from the One Heartland Store. Bricks are displayed in the One Heartland Center's Memorial Garden and Honorary Walkway.
We are a proud member of Community Health Charities of Wisconsin and Minnesota and as such are represented in workplace giving programs conducted at numerous companies, organizations, and public agencies. If you reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin, see your workplace giving volunteer coordinator for more details or contact CHCMN at 952-844-9844 or CHCWI at 414-933-4216 for information on implementing a campaign at your place of work.

United Way contributors can designate their donations to go directly to One Heartland. Please use One Heartland's United Way number - 10801 - to ensure your funds will go to improving the lives of children, youth and families impacted HIV/AIDS and other significant life challenges.
Vehicle Donations
Did you know you can donate your car, boat or other vehicle to benefit One Heartland? Call the Vehicle Donation Program (V-DAC) at 1(877)999-8322. Be sure you let V-DAC know that you would like the proceeds from the sale to benefit Camp Heartland. One Heartland is committed to protecting the privacy of our donors, volunteers, employees, and clients. We do not sell or rent our donor list, or any portion of this list, to any other entities. Addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, credit card numbers and other types of donor information are kept confidential. Upon making a donation to One Heartland, donors may expect to be contacted in the future by the organization, unless requested otherwise. Donors may also expect publication of their names in the One Heartland annual report or other periodic publications, unless the donor has requested anonymity.
