We are proud to announce that Allison Jones will be joining the One Heartland team as Program Coordinator. This a brand new, full time position for One Heartland, and will help to ensure the continued growth and strengthening of our programs. In the role, Allison will be focusing on program design, hospitality and volunteer recruitment and development.

Camp 5210 was created in 2010, after the CEO of Park Nicollet suggested to a clinic manager - who happened to be a One Heartland board member - that they should work more closely with local nonprofits on health issues in the community. 




One Heartland raises funds – and friends – through a variety of special events throughout the year.

The 2014 holiday gala in support of One Heartland's camps and programs will be held on Thursday, Dec. 11 from 6pm to 10 pm at the Loews Hotel in downtown Minneapolis. 

Please join us for an evening of music, food, silent and live auctions, all benefiting One Heartland's mission to improve the lives of children, youth and families facing significant health challenges or social isolation. 

The evening's entertainment will feature musical performances by Kimberley Locke and Melinda Doolittle from American Idol, as well as The Limestones, an a capella men's choir.
