Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the set-up and dissemination of the camp schedule and monitoring the day-to-day flow of camp. They work to provide constructive feedback to the Program Specialists and Activity Leaders they supervise. Additionally, they will be accountable for leading the creating and facilitation of all-camp activities. They ensure that the programs being delivered at camp are high quality and consistent, and that there is appropriate challenge for any given group of campers on site.    This is a full-time summer seasonal live-on-site position with pay rate dependent on qualifications and experiences, plus room and board.

Interested applicants must have previous experience teaching and leading activities with youth.

$350/week plus room and board

Aquatics Supervisor

The Aquatics Supervisor oversees water safety and program quality at both the pool and lake. They conduct regular in-service training and waterfront emergency drills for lifeguards, supervise and schedule lifeguards, and ensure safety is upheld, so that all campers receive fun and educational water time.

Interested applicants must have previous lifeguarding experience and skills, as well as prior experience with canoeing.  Current lifeguard certification is required and available during staff training

$350/week plus room and board

Unit Head (Supervisor)

Unit Heads are the leaders of each unit at camp. They act as a resource and guide to the program counselors they supervise who are actively navigating the dynamics inside the cabin. Unit Heads should possess an approachable and flexible attitude to problem-solving, along with the ability to be a positive role model for others, in order to foster an environment that encourages growth.

Interested applicants must have prior experience in a camper-focused role in a residential camp setting.
