One amazing winter gift One Heartland receives is the donated time and labor from the Willow River/Moose Lake Challenge Incarceration Program (CIP). Inmates work on facility upgrades including plumbing, painting and carpentry. They also provide housekeeping services after groups leave. Eight inmates from the CIP program and their supervisors visit the Willow River site every Thursday. We are so thankful for this invaluable donation, as it is our only source for many of these services.
